Wilfred van Gorp, Ph.D., ABPP wrote an opinion article for the New York Daily News entitled “Tending to our mental health, too: How to stay psychologically well when the coronavirus pandemic rages”. Dr. van Gorp said “We may not be able to control COVID-19 or predict the path of the illness, but we can organize our lives and our routines in a way that helps lessen and manage the personal stress.”
